With over 15 years of performing experience Mia Meow has honed her skills in fire eating, body burning (fakir), fire fans, palm candles & fire poi. Creating her femme fatale personal on the cabaret scene in Glasgow Mia started out her performance career as a burlesque dancer. Hailed by KLM inflight magazine 2008 as "the best bum in burlesque" she sashayed her way across underground stages in Scotland perfecting her technique for movement.
Along with Burlesque Mia was also a go-go dancer for regular club nights in Glasgow and Edinburgh and was a finalist in the Miss Scottish Pinup 2015 competition at the Scottish Tattoo Convention. She was also host to regular cabaret life drawing event Dr Sketchy Glasgow.
Now with her focus on the flames she mixes her skills to create mesmerising stage acts as well as ambient walk-about characters for festivals, events and life celebrations.
